When I Choose to “Pass”
A poem
Before I pick up a pen,
I have to think about
the words a few times.
It could be terrifying
to actualize
certain
moments,
thoughts,
emotions.
And sometimes,
I say
“pass”
to opportunities
of self-discovery.
